Thanks so much for all the comments.  I’m off on a jaunt to a neighboring town tomorrow to visit friends and poke about.  And I’m not the kind of organized blogger who has lots of stuff in the pipeline.  I will learn.

So I will respond to the interesting posts.  And I finally have a copy of Los Quesos Mexicanos Genuinos in my hands and it’s a gem.  More soon.
